Bought an item online on Christmas Eve 24th dec and I’m still waiting (10 working days later). i kept getting notifications that the order is
“Waiting for customer”. I rang customer services today and they told me that I have to wait even longer ( at least another 4 days more) because they have to wait for their supplier to provide them with the item. What’s the point of a ticketing system that does not provide an accurate update? You Should have updated your stock system to reflect that you are out of stock before your customer placed and paid for the order, rather than expect your customer to call in to follow up on their status of their order. Never again.

I ordered drink bottles online on Dec 3rd totalling over $200 worth.... it is now Jan 18th and I have still not received them. I have had to chase up my items with no apology from customer service.
