    Enquired about a regrowth touch up and the male hair dresser came over while i was speaking with the receptionist and started touchibg my hair which startled me and making comments like "this is SO damaged!!" And you CANNOT bleach this" really dramatically and loudly embarrasing me he then went on to ask "what evennwas i doing with my hair are you growing it or what? Really abruptly while touching my hair it was horrible and i felt like crying. Will never return.
